Moscato d'Asti grape pomace, coming from the grapes of the crus we own in Canelli.

DISTILLATION METHOD

Discontinuous steam still with the “Lazzarito Bocchino” method. This grappa is the fruit of the work of nature, time and long artisanal know-how.

AGEING

The new expression of Moscato Grappa is the Cask Finish, the final maturation period that takes place in the barriques used for the refinement of Sauternes wine.

TASTING

The color is intense with amber and golden reflections. On the nose it offers concentrated aromas of vanilla, dried apricots and jasmine. This distillate is characterized by a full and soft taste and an exceptional length in the mouth. The perfect harmony of intense aromas gives this grappa a rare elegance and aroma.
