Jellies of wine, beer, grappa and much more. Made with fabulous pure ingredients from our region: the king of wines Amarone della Valpolicella, Recioto, white wines… The raw ingredients are obviously of the very highest quality and the entire production process is carried out at Croce dello Schioppo using genuine artisan methods. Jellies are made by heating the liquid – in this case products such as wine, beer etc – which loses its alcoholic content and concentrates its natural sugars. The result of the process is a solid and elastic product with unexpected and delicious flavours.
